No credit, need a harley loan… Help?

I am 21 years old, Active duty military. No credit history. I’ve applied for small loans in the past, with very little luck. I am returning from deployment soon, and i have enough money to buy a harley in cash. However i would rather get the motorcycle financed so i can build some credit.
Is there anything i can do to insure this, everyone i’ve talked to has declined a loan for me. I don’t understand it.
If I’m you, I buy the bike for cash and don’t look back. Borrowing money, for the sake of being able to borrow money down the road make little sense. You’re taking on a liability, debt, and creditor, and risk by financing the bike. Pay cash for it and buy a nice polishing rag so you can wipe it down every day knowing that nobody else owns a piece of it.
