I am having 4 credit cards and done the balance transfer. Now I need to pay one of credit before April. I want to apply one more credit card to do that. It is possible to apply one more credit card. Which is the best credit that gives me higher credit limit? When can I apply the credit card?

I have two credit cards. One is a CapitalOne card with a 0 credit limit. I was recently talked in to getting a new credit card with WellsFargo with a 00 credit limit. I don’t feel safe having that amount anymore. I want to pay it all off and close it. I’ve had it for about a year. I’ve had the other one for about five years. Is that really bad for my credit score?

I have a credit card with a credit limit of ,500. I have not only been making the payments each month, but I have been paying off my monthly balance at the end of each month consistently. My father told me that, given the situation of today’s financial market, the bank can decide to lower my limit. Is this possible? Is this likely? If so, what factors would influence their decision to lower my credit limit?

I just applied for my first credit card ever yesterday, and I am hoping to get a credit limit of at least ,500. I have no credit history whatsoever, I don’t have to make a house payment, no dependents, and I make .10 an hour working 35-40 hours a week. Would all those factors contribute to a higher or lower credit limit, and do you think I’d be eligible for the ,500 limit?

I am a student and I do not have any credit. What kind of credit card would be good for me to start building my credit up? I do not want anything that has a monthly fee, and it does not need to be a high credit limit because I will be buying something and paying it right off. Any suggestions?

say you are in good staying, never was late. always payed the balance. but you have too many credit cards let’s say. so when you cancel that credit card. what happens to your credit score? Does your credit limit you had for that card get erased from the records? after all those years of building the credit limit to help the credit score. what happens to it? and what happens to your score? i’m just curious.

Hi. I recently just got my first credit card ever and used it to make a 00 purchase. The credit limit is 00, so obviously I’m over 50% of the balance, and I just learned that’s bad for credit scores. I expect to be able to pay off the purchase in the next two or three months. Will my credit score go back up immediately after I get the balance on my card down, or will it take a while? Thanks.

I got my credit report today and it shows that my total credit amount is 0 and I have 6 available. After further inspection I noticed that only one credit card had reported a credit limit/max balance and that all of my credit cards hadn’t been reported since April. Is there an effective way to contact the credit card companies and get them to report accurate and up to date information to the credit bureaus? I feel that this issue is affecting my credit score, so I would like to fix this.
