Is investing the money for credit repair wothwhile? Are the results satisfactory from an accredited repair service company? I am looking for first hand experience and reference from someone who has used an online credit repair service.

I paid 0 to an attorney that works with a real estate firm specializing in credit repair, by disputing and of such nature. He hasn’t done anything, he is now unable to be reached? Took my money and left but still around. Can I bring legal action to him? (His company states that he’s doing it on his own). I need a good attorney to help me out, what kind of attorney could help me in this case? Please help me.

I don’t see a link on the website and I want to put my 3 other cards on my target visa to save some money. I go to the other cards sites and they don’t have options to pay with credit card, only bank info. Why can’t you pay credit card bills with another credit card? I can’t seem to find out any info on how to do that. Thank you.

I have heard that if you don’t agree to pay for something and you are charged anyway, it can’t be reported to a credit agency and affect your credit. I am thinking of things like traffic citations. Also, what does a collection agency do when it’s contacting someone about money owed, and if you were to have your credit affected, how much damage would actually get in your way in the future? I assume credit only matters when buying a car or a house- big ticket items. I have also heard the credit problem is erased after 7 years. Can someone clarify these issues for me please?
